Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented Human Resources Payroll Specialist to join our Bor operations. This role is critical to ensuring that our workforce is compensated accurately and on time, maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction and compliance with local labor laws. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end payroll process, from data entry and verification to tax compliance and reporting. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner.
  • Audit payroll data regularly to identify and correct discrepancies before processing.
