Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission industrial robotic systems according to technical specifications
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on robotic equipment
- Program and configure robotic systems for optimal performance in manufacturing processes
- Conduct system diagnostics and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Train manufacturing staff on basic robotic operation and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and system modifications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize robotic applications and processes
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for technical support
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during operational issues
Required Skills
- Proficiency in robotic programming languages (ABB Rapid programming preferred)
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with robotic vision systems and sensor integration
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and training capabilities
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and automation principles

Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics Technology, or related technical field. Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial robotics maintenance, programming, and troubleshooting. Experience with ABB robotic systems is preferred. Background in manufacturing environment with exposure to automated production lines. Proven track record in reducing equipment downtime and improving system efficiency.
