Job Overview
The Regional Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of Samsung’s consumer electronics portfolio across the Upper Nile region, with a primary focus on Nasir and surrounding areas. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales acumen to identify market opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and close high‑value deals. Reporting to the Country Sales Manager, the engineer will collaborate closely with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to ensure product availability, optimal pricing, and after‑sales support. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the consumer electronics sector.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for distributors and retail partners.
- Develop and execute sales plans that align with regional targets and corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized campaigns and promotional activities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with key accounts.
- Represent Samsung at industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of consumer electronics technology and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications in sales or technical training are advantageous.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or product management within the consumer electronics industry. Experience working in emerging markets or African regions is highly valued.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from 30,000,000 SSP to 45,000,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and performance. The package includes performance‑based incentives, allowances for travel, and a comprehensive benefits suite.
