Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Processing and Packaging Specialist to join our production team in Malakal, South Sudan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and packaging of our food products, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement food processing and packaging procedures to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with production staff to optimize production processes and minimize waste
- Develop and maintain documentation and records related to food processing and packaging
- Provide training and support to production staff on food processing and packaging procedures
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in food processing and packaging
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
