Job Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the end‑to‑end supply chain processes for Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa’s operations in South Sudan. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the analyst will be responsible for data‑driven analysis, demand forecasting, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels at the Renk bottling plant and distribution centers, recommending optimal reorder points and safety stock levels.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and ancillary supplies.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to plan efficient transportation routes, minimizing lead times and freight costs.
- Prepare regular supply chain performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as fill rate, order cycle time, and inventory turnover.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Support the implementation of ERP and supply chain management software enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs procedures, and Coca‑Cola’s internal standards.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
- Experience with demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics coordination.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.

Education

Salary
