Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects in Juba, South Sudan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and close-out. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in construction, excellent project management skills, and experience working in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of project team members, including engineers, architects, and construction workers
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
  • Develop and manage project reports, including progress reports, technical reports, and financial reports

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction principles and practices
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
