Job Overview
The Senior Guest Experience Manager will lead the Guest Services department, ensuring every visitor receives personalized, high‑quality service from check‑in to check‑out. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will design and implement service standards, oversee front‑desk operations, and collaborate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and sales teams to create seamless experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce guest service policies that reflect AccorHotels’ standards and local cultural expectations.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of front‑desk agents, concierge staff, and night auditors.
- Monitor guest feedback through surveys, online reviews, and direct interactions, implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest quality before guest arrival.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to create tailored packages that attract both business and leisure travelers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting occupancy trends, revenue impact, and service metrics.
- Manage budgetary responsibilities for the Guest Services department, controlling costs while maintaining service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations specific to South Sudan hospitality operations.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or local languages is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills with a track record of developing high‑performing staff.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation platforms.

Education

Minimum of five years’ experience in guest services or front‑office management within a reputable hotel or resort, with at least two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Salary
