Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mining Operations Engineer to join our specialized technical team in Bentiu. This role is critical to the success of our local extraction projects, ensuring that all mining activities are conducted with maximum efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing mining processes to maximize resource recovery while minimizing operational costs. Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize mine extraction sequences to ensure maximum ore recovery and minimal waste.

- Conduct technical assessments of geological data to guide drilling and blasting activities.

Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 1,200,000 SSP to 2,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical expertise. This package is competitive within the local market and reflects the specialized nature of the role.
