Job Overview

The Hospitality Manager will oversee daily operations at the resort, ensuring seamless guest experiences, staff training, and adherence to Marriott’s global standards. This role is pivotal in establishing a benchmark for hospitality in South Sudan while fostering community engagement and sustainable tourism practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-line operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial metrics to optimize revenue and reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate with local communities to promote cultural tourism initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required Skills
