Key Responsibilities

Programme Planning & Implementation

• Support implementation of education projects in schools and communities.
• Coordinate education activities in line with donor requirements and organizational objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of learning materials and educational resources.
• Assist in developing annual work plans and implementation schedules.
• Support inclusive education initiatives for vulnerable and marginalized children.

Teacher Training & Capacity Building

• Organize and facilitate teacher training sessions.
• Support school leadership development programmes.
• Strengthen classroom management and teaching methodologies.
• Promote learner-centred approaches and quality education standards.
• Mentor teachers and education facilitators in target communities.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

• Conduct routine school monitoring visits.

Education Requirements

• Teaching certification or professional education qualification preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in education programming.
• Experience working with NGOs, development agencies, or humanitarian organizations.
• Knowledge of education systems and policy frameworks.
• Experience in teacher training and capacity development.
• Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding principles.
