Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Processing and Preservation Specialist to join our team in Malakal, South Sudan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to improve food processing and preservation techniques, reducing post-harvest losses, and enhancing food security in South Sudan.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to farmers, processors, and entrepreneurs on food processing and preservation techniques
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of existing food processing and preservation practices
- Develop and implement training programs on food processing and preservation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote the adoption of improved food processing and preservation technologies
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Technology, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in food processing and preservation
- Strong knowledge of food processing and preservation techniques
- Excellent communication and training skills
