Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive master plans for emerging urban centers.
- Conduct detailed spatial analysis and demographic modeling to predict future infrastructure needs.
- Collaborate with government agencies to ensure compliance with national zoning laws.
- Integrate sustainable transportation and green space requirements into urban designs.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, environmentalists, and sociologists.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for high-level stakeholders and international donors.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and AutoCAD.
- Deep understanding of sustainable urbanism and resilient infrastructure design.

Education
A Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Regional Planning, Architecture, or a closely related field is mandatory. A PhD in Urban Design or a specialized certification in Sustainable Development will be considered a significant advantage.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in urban planning or large-scale infrastructure consultancy. Proven experience working in developing economies or post-conflict reconstruction environments is highly desirable. You should have a track record of managing large-scale projects from conception through to implementation.
Salary
