Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Robotics Automation Engineer to lead our technical implementation teams in Bor. This role is critical for our mission to modernize local production facilities. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

- Deep understanding of sensor integration (LiDAR, Vision Systems, Ultrasonic).
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a significant advantage.
Education
A Master of Science in Robotics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering is required. A PhD in a related field is highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a strong academic background in control systems and machine learning.
Experience
A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in industrial automation or robotics engineering is mandatory. Proven experience in deploying large-scale automated systems in an emerging market is a plus. Candidates should have a track record of managing complex technical projects from conception to completion.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 1,200,000 SSP to 2,500,000 SSP, depending on experience, technical certifications, and performance during the probationary period.
