Job Overview
We are looking for a highly strategic and detail-oriented Senior E-commerce Operations Manager to lead our logistics and fulfillment processes. This role is critical to ensuring that every order placed on our platform is processed, packed, and delivered with maximum efficiency and speed. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of an order, from the moment it is placed until it reaches the customer’s doorstep. This position requires a deep understanding of supply chain management, warehouse operations, and last-mile delivery optimization. Key Responsibilities
- Optimize end-to-end fulfillment processes to reduce delivery lead times and operational costs.
- Manage and coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely last-mile delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including order accuracy, delivery success rates, and return rates.
- Oversee warehouse inventory management to prevent stockouts and ensure product availability.
- Implement advanced tracking systems to provide real-time updates to customers.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations specialists and warehouse staff.
Required Skills
- Expertise in supply chain management and e-commerce logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree in Operations Management is highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least 5 to 7 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management. Proven experience in managing large-scale fulfillment centers or complex distribution networks is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 1,200,000 SSP to 1,800,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics. This is a competitive package designed to attract top-tier talent in the region.
