Job Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Senior E-commerce Marketplace Manager to lead our digital storefront operations. This role is critical to our success in the region, as you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our marketplace, from vendor onboarding to customer satisfaction. You will analyze market trends, optimize product listings, and implement growth strategies to increase our Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace growth strategies to increase vendor acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including GMV, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and high service standards.
  • Manage relationships with high-value sellers to ensure product quality and pricing competitiveness.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events to drive traffic and sales.
  • Optimize the user experience on the platform through continuous feedback loops and data analysis.

Education

Salary
