Job Overview
The Senior Hospitality Guest Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience at our Torit facility. This role is designed for a high-energy professional who understands the nuances of luxury service and can manage complex guest interactions with grace and efficiency. You will lead a team of guest relations specialists to ensure that every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and understood. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Guest Relations team to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Manage VIP guest arrivals, ensuring all personalized preferences are met.

- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage departments to ensure seamless service.

- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications in luxury service standards are highly preferred.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven track record of managing guest relations in a high-volume environment is essential. Candidates should have experience in service recovery and team leadership.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 1,200,000 SSP to 1,800,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics. This is a competitive package designed to attract top-tier talent.
