Job Overview
The Industrial Plant Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our manufacturing facility in Wau. This critical role involves overseeing all production processes, ensuring that manufacturing targets are met on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. You will lead a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and operators to optimize production workflows and implement continuous improvement methodologies.
