Job Overview
The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations to ensure seamless guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Lead, train, and mentor front office staff to maintain peak performance and service quality.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and guest comfort.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications in hotel management are highly desirable.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of experience in hotel front office operations, with at least two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Proven experience in a high-volume international hotel brand is preferred.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
