Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Tourism Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our tourism projects in Juba, South Sudan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tour operations, coordinating with local stakeholders, and ensuring that all activities align with our sustainable tourism principles.
- Manage and coordinate tour operations, including logistics, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
- Collaborate with local communities and stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable tourism initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to tourism and ecotourism.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote eco-tourism products and services.
- Provide training and support to tour guides and other staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
