Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor complex international and domestic freight movements to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage relationships with local transporters, customs agents, and port authorities to streamline operations.
• Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for cost-efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with South Sudanese import/export regulations and international maritime laws.
• Prepare detailed logistics reports for regional management, tracking KPIs and shipment statuses.

• Deep understanding of Incoterms, customs documentation, and international shipping protocols.
• High level of organizational skill and attention to detail in managing high-volume documentation.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications such as CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport) are highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess at least 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain coordination, preferably within a multinational corporation. Proven experience operating within the East African logistics corridor is a major plus.
