Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior E-Learning Instructional Designer to lead our digital curriculum development efforts in Bor. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive online learning programs that cater to diverse learner needs, ranging from primary education to vocational training. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using industry-standard authoring tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex educational curricula into engaging digital formats.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery of content to remote learners.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in current digital learning resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning programs through data analytics and learner feedback.

Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools.

- Strong project management skills to handle multiple curriculum development cycles simultaneously.
- Expertise in multimedia production, including video editing and graphic design for educational purposes.
- Excellent communication skills in English; local language proficiency is a plus.
Education
A Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree with significant professional experience in digital pedagogy may be considered in exceptional cases.
Experience
Candidates must demonstrate at least 5 years of professional experience in instructional design, specifically focusing on digital or remote learning environments. Proven experience working in international development or non-governmental organizations is highly desirable. We are looking for individuals who have successfully launched large-scale digital education projects in developing contexts.
Salary
