Job Overview
The Network Optimization Engineer will be responsible for enhancing the performance, capacity, and reliability of MTN’s radio access network in South Sudan. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive drive‑test and performance analysis to identify network bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement optimization plans for radio parameters, antenna tilt, and handover settings.
- Collaborate with the planning team to forecast capacity needs and recommend infrastructure upgrades.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Provide technical guidance to field engineers during network roll‑out and maintenance activities.
