Job Overview

The Network Optimization Engineer will be responsible for enhancing the performance, capacity, and reliability of MTN’s radio access network in South Sudan. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive drive‑test and performance analysis to identify network bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement optimization plans for radio parameters, antenna tilt, and handover settings.
