Job Overview
The Real Estate Development Analyst will support CBRE’s portfolio of commercial and mixed‑use projects in South Sudan, focusing on market research, financial feasibility, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging real estate trends in South Sudan.
- Develop and maintain financial models for project valuation, cash flow forecasting, and risk assessment.
- Prepare investment memoranda, feasibility studies, and presentation decks for senior leadership and investors.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure project compliance with zoning and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the negotiation of land acquisition, lease agreements, and construction contracts.
- Monitor project performance against budgets and timelines, providing regular status reports.
- Support due diligence processes, including title verification and stakeholder analysis.
Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or local languages is a plus.

Education
