Job Overview

The Senior Process Development Engineer will lead the design, optimization, and scale‑up of specialty chemical processes for BASF’s regional production facilities. Reporting to the Head of Process Engineering, the incumbent will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to translate laboratory innovations into commercially viable processes. Education

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of progressive experience in chemical process development, preferably within the specialty chemicals industry.
