Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Incident Response Specialist to lead our rapid response efforts in the region. This role is critical for identifying, containing, and remediating advanced persistent threats (APTs) and sophisticated malware attacks. As a senior member of the Security Operations Center, you will act as the primary responder for high-priority security incidents, providing technical leadership during critical breach scenarios. This position requires a deep understanding of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and the ability to communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex incident response investigations to identify the root cause of security breaches.
  • Perform deep-dive forensic analysis on endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
  • Develop and implement containment and eradication strategies to mitigate active threats.
  • Collaborate with threat intelligence teams to proactively hunt for emerging adversary patterns.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior security analysts within the SOC.
  • Draft comprehensive post-incident reports detailing the timeline, impact, and remediation steps.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in digital forensics and incident response (DFIR) methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation.
  • Deep knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and adversary behavior.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities under high-pressure situations.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting technical data to executive leadership.

Education

A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field is required. Candidates with equivalent professional experience and advanced certifications may be considered.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of direct experience in cybersecurity operations, with at least 3 years specifically focused on incident response and digital forensics in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 SSP to 6,200,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and technical certifications.
