Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of comprehensive master plans for emerging urban centers in Western Bahr el Ghazal.
• Conduct detailed spatial analysis and land-use modeling to predict future urban growth patterns.
• Collaborate with civil engineers and environmental scientists to integrate transport and utility networks into urban designs.
• Facilitate public consultation sessions to ensure community needs are integrated into urban development strategies.
• Review and approve local zoning regulations and land-use permits to ensure compliance with national standards.

Education

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in urban planning or spatial design, preferably within a developing economy context. Proven experience in leading large-scale infrastructure projects is essential. You should have a track record of working with international NGOs or global engineering firms.

Salary
