We are seeking a highly meticulous Human Resources Compliance Officer to join our specialized legal and compliance department. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of employee files and payroll records to ensure legal compliance.
- Interpret and implement changes in South Sudanese labor legislation into company policy.
- Advise management on complex employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures.
- Oversee the implementation of workplace safety and anti-discrimination protocols.
- Manage the documentation for all recruitment and termination processes to mitigate legal risks.
- Collaborate with the legal department to resolve any labor-related disputes or grievances.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certification in HR or Compliance is highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a specific focus on compliance, labor relations, or legal auditing within a corporate environment. Experience working in East Africa or within the South Sudanese regulatory landscape is a significant advantage.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
