Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for DFS expansion in rural and urban areas.
  • Design user-friendly digital platforms for low-literacy populations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Monitor and optimize digital transaction systems for scalability and security.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in digital financial services or fintech product development.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of mobile banking protocols (e.g., ISO 20022, MT940) and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Fluency in English and local languages (Dinka, Nuer) preferred.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional team coordination abilities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Digital Innovation or Financial Technology is an advantage.

Experience

  • 3-5 years in financial services, with at least 2 years in digital transformation projects.
  • Experience working in emerging markets or conflict-affected regions.

Salary

150,000 – 250,000 SSP/month, commensurate with experience and performance.
