Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of textile production lines, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Manage production schedules, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Train and mentor production staff to improve efficiency and safety
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and increase output
- Collaborate with quality control teams to resolve production issues
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Required Skills
- Proven experience in textile production management
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Proficiency in production scheduling software
- Knowledge of textile machinery and processes
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bilingual (English and local language preferred)
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (advantageous)
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years in textile production supervision
- Experience in South Sudan’s manufacturing sector preferred
Salary
150,000 – 250,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience.
