Job Overview
The Senior Oil & Gas Production Engineer will lead the design, optimization, and management of production operations at ExxonMobil’s Nasir field. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of production operations for the Nasir field.
- Develop and implement production strategies that maximize recovery while minimizing operational costs.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PE, PMP) are advantageous.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in oil & gas production engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role on upstream projects. Experience in South Sudan or similar emerging markets is highly desirable.
Salary
The annual compensation package ranges from 2,500,000 SSP to 3,500,000 SSP, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based incentives and benefits.
