Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Design and implement advanced metallurgical processes to maximize mineral recovery and minimize waste.

- Quality Control: Monitor ore characteristics and adjust chemical reagents or mechanical settings to maintain product quality.

Required Skills

Education
A minimum of a Master of Science in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field is required. A PhD in Mineral Processing is highly preferred for this senior-level position.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least 7 years of direct experience in mineral processing within a large-scale mining environment. Proven experience in African mining operations is a significant advantage. Salary
