Job Overview

The Retail Store Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in planning and executing daily operational activities, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, cashiers, and stock personnel to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate product placement according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Implement and uphold health, safety, and security standards in compliance with local regulations and IKEA policies.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of store staff.
