Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Retail Inventory Controller to join our growing operations team in Bor. This role is critical to our success, as you will be responsible for ensuring that our stock levels are accurate, optimized, and aligned with consumer demand. The successful candidate will oversee the movement of goods from our central warehouse to various distribution points, ensuring minimal shrinkage and maximum availability. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with digital inventory records.
- Monitor stock movement patterns to identify slow-moving or obsolete items.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to initiate replenishment orders based on inventory thresholds.
- Supervise the receiving process to ensure all incoming goods match purchase orders and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain strict inventory control procedures to prevent loss, theft, or damage.
- Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports for senior management review.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods to retail outlets.

Education

Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or retail operations. Proven experience working within the South Sudan market or similar emerging markets is a significant advantage. You should have a track record of improving inventory accuracy and reducing operational waste.
Salary
