Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Retail Inventory Controller to join our growing operations team in Bor. This role is critical to our success, as you will be responsible for ensuring that our stock levels are accurate, optimized, and aligned with consumer demand. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with digital inventory records.
• Monitor stock movement patterns to identify slow-moving or obsolete items.
• Coordinate with the procurement department to initiate replenishment orders based on inventory thresholds.
• Supervise the receiving process to ensure all incoming goods match purchase orders and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain strict inventory control procedures to prevent loss, theft, or damage.
• Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports for senior management review.
