Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead our renewable energy projects in Rumbek, South Sudan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, developing project plans, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The Renewable Energy Project Manager will work closely with our team in Juba, as well as with local stakeholders, to ensure that our projects are aligned with the needs of the community and that they contribute to the achievement of our organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project teams to deliver renewable energy projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Ensure that projects are aligned with the needs of the community and that they contribute to the achievement of our organization’s goals
- Work closely with local stakeholders to ensure that our projects are successful and sustainable
- Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, project timelines, and quality metrics
Required Skills
- 8-12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on renewable energy
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing circumstances
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy or related field
Experience
