Educational Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Data Science, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Management, Statistics, Public Policy, or related field.
- Professional certifications in M&E, Data Analytics, GIS, Research Methods, or Project Management are advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, research, data management, accountability, or program performance measurement.
- Experience with donor-funded humanitarian or development projects preferred.
- Prior NGO, UN, or international development sector experience is advantageous.
