Job Overview
The Hospitality Guest Relations Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that every guest has a seamless and delightful stay at our Bor facility. This position is the face of the hotel, acting as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest arrivals and departures, resolving issues with grace, and maintaining a high level of personalized service. This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of emotional intelligence, administrative efficiency, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards. Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests upon arrival and facilitating a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Acting as a dedicated liaison for VIP guests to ensure all specific requirements are met.
- Proactively identifying potential guest issues and resolving them before they escalate.
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of guest preferences to personalize future stays.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and food and beverage teams to ensure room readiness and special amenities.
- Providing accurate information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation.
- Handling guest complaints with professionalism and ensuring timely follow-up on resolutions.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of problem-solving capability and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude and professional grooming standards.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is required. Certifications in Customer Service or Hotel Operations are highly desirable.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a front-office or guest relations role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment. Previous experience working in international hotel chains is a significant advantage.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 750,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics. This is a competitive package designed to attract the best talent in the region.
