Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Content Developer to join our team in Malakal, South Sudan. As an E-Learning Content Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing e-learning content for various educational programs. You will work closely with our team of instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technical developers to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement e-learning content for various educational programs
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technical developers to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives and develop content that meets those objectives
  • Develop storyboards, prototypes, and final e-learning products using authoring tools
  • Test and evaluate e-learning content to ensure quality and effectiveness

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in e-learning content development
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning development methodologies
  • Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora Inspire
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Education
