Job Overview

The Senior Management Consultant will lead high‑impact consulting engagements for clients across the public and private sectors in South Sudan. Reporting to the Managing Director of Consulting Services, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that improve organizational performance, enhance operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end consulting projects from scoping and proposal development to delivery and post‑implementation review.

• Develop and present strategic recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior client executives.
