Job Overview

The Solar Power Plant Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day management of Siemens Energy’s flagship solar facility in Bor. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of solar plant operations, including generation monitoring, performance analysis, and outage management.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability.
• Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with South Sudanese energy regulations, environmental standards, and Siemens Energy’s internal policies.
• Collaborate with the grid operator to coordinate power dispatch and resolve transmission issues.
