Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance protocols for all manufacturing lines.

• Lead root cause analysis for any deviations in product quality and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage and mentor a team of quality technicians and laboratory staff.

• Ensure all documentation and reporting meet regulatory requirements for the South Sudanese market.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001 and other international quality management systems.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory. Professional certification in Quality Management (such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing) is highly preferred.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a large-scale manufacturing environment. Proven experience in managing complex production processes and leading technical teams is essential for success in this role.

Salary
