We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Hospitality Operations Director to oversee our flagship properties in Bor. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all departmental operations including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
- Implement rigorous quality control protocols to ensure compliance with international hospitality standards.
- Develop and execute strategic annual budgets and financial forecasts to maximize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of department heads and frontline staff.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to position the property effectively in the local market.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Required Skills
- Advanced leadership and strategic decision-making capabilities.
- Expertise in financial management, including P&L responsibility and cost control.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of hospitality software and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and conflict resolution.
Education
A Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree with significant executive experience may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
Experience
A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or director-level position within a luxury hotel environment. Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and multi-disciplinary teams is essential.
Salary
The offered salary range is 2,500,000 to 4,500,000 SSP per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance metrics. This is a competitive package designed to attract top-tier talent for this critical role.
