Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Architect to lead complex design projects in the Bentiu region. This role is critical to our mission of developing sustainable and resilient urban infrastructure in South Sudan. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design and development of large-scale architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Manage client relationships and present design concepts to stakeholders and government officials.
- Oversee the production of detailed construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and international sustainability standards.
- Mentor junior architects and design staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software, including Revit and AutoCAD.

Education
A Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate a strong portfolio of completed large-scale projects.
Experience
A minimum of 8 years of professional architectural experience is required, with a significant portion spent leading design teams on complex, multi-use developments. Experience in emerging markets or post-conflict reconstruction environments is highly desirable.
Salary
