Job Overview
The Hospitality Housekeeping Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetic presentation within our Yei facility. This position is essential for ensuring that guest satisfaction remains high through meticulous attention to detail in room maintenance and public area upkeep. As a key member of the Rooms Division, you will lead a team of housekeeping attendants, ensuring that all operational procedures are followed strictly according to international brand standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting guest rooms, managing inventory, and coordinating with the front office to ensure seamless room turnover. We are currently hiring in South Sudan for multiple departments, and this role is central to our operational success in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
- Manage and track inventory levels for linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
- Train new housekeeping staff on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to report and follow up on necessary repairs.
- Handle guest requests and complaints regarding room cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all staff adhere to health and safety regulations during cleaning processes.

Education

Experience
Candidates must possess at least 3 to 5 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead capacity within a high-end hotel environment. Proven experience in managing diverse teams is essential for success in this role.
Salary
