Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Hospitality Revenue Manager to join our team in Bor. This role is critical to our commercial success, focusing on optimizing room rates, inventory, and distribution channels to maximize total revenue. The successful candidate will analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to drive profitable decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market demand, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to optimize revenue strategies.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).
- Manage distribution channels including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking engines.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive seasonal promotions.
- Provide weekly and monthly revenue forecasting reports to the General Manager.
- Monitor market trends and adjust inventory management accordingly.

Education

Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or hotel financial analysis is required. Previous experience in a luxury or mid-scale international hotel brand is a significant advantage.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
