Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.

- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning), and experimental design.
- Expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and ethical AI principles.
Education
A Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field from a recognized university is required. A Ph.D. is a plus.
Experience
A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Experience working with diverse datasets and in emerging markets is highly desirable.
Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging from SSP 350,000 to SSP 600,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
