Key Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and provide primary care services in remote and urban communities
- Organize and lead mobile vaccination campaigns targeting children under five
- Train community health workers on maternal and neonatal care best practices
- Collect and report health data to UNICEF and partner organizations
- Coordinate emergency medical responses during disease outbreaks
Required Skills
- Proven experience in community health programs in conflict-affected regions
- Strong knowledge of South Sudan’s healthcare challenges and cultural context
- Bilingual proficiency in English and local languages (Dinka, Nuer preferred)
- Ability to work in low-resource environments with limited infrastructure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related field from an accredited institution. Additional certifications in emergency medical care or maternal health are highly advantageous.
Experience
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in community health roles, preferably with international NGOs or government health departments in South Sudan. Experience managing mobile health clinics is a strong plus.
Salary
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from 200,000 to 250,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
