• At least 7 years in senior management or country leadership positions.
• Proven experience managing large donor-funded portfolios.
• Strong background in fragile and conflict-affected environments.
• Experience leading multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated success in donor engagement and fundraising.
