- Minimum 12–15 years of progressively responsible experience in humanitarian or development sectors.
- At least 7 years in senior management or country leadership positions.
- Proven experience managing large donor-funded portfolios.
- Strong background in fragile and conflict-affected environments.
- Experience leading multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated success in donor engagement and fundraising.
