Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field-based investigations into alleged human rights violations and abuses.
• Interview victims, witnesses, and community leaders to gather qualitative evidence.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns of systemic rights violations.
• Draft comprehensive, high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local NGOs and community leaders to enhance monitoring capabilities.

Education

A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in human rights investigation, legal research, or international law is mandatory. Proven experience working in conflict-affected or post-conflict environments is highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of producing high-impact investigative reports.

Salary
