Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control turbine, generator, and auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal power production.
- Perform regular inspections of mechanical and electrical components to prevent system failures.
- Lead and supervise a team of junior operators and maintenance technicians during shifts.
- Analyze operational data to optimize water flow and energy output efficiency.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department to schedule preventive and corrective repairs.
