• Led and coordinated groundwater development projects for the Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority (AAWSA), managing project planning, implementation, contract administration, quality assurance, and technical supervision. • Supervised drilling, rehabilitation, and testing of deep production wells (400–600 m), ensuring compliance with project specifications, groundwater development standards, and contractual requirements. • Managed multidisciplinary hydrogeological and engineering teams while coordinating project implementation with clients, consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders. • Supervised pumping tests, borehole development, well completion, and borehole video camera inspections to verify well integrity, construction quality, and final drilled depth. • Prepared technical reports, annual work plans, project performance evaluations, and contractual documentation, ensuring timely project delivery. • Supported groundwater level and water quality monitoring activities and contributed to the technical evaluation of Ethiopia's National Groundwater Monitoring System (NGWMS).
